From Our Members
"Of all the things that I did lately, joining NAWBO has been a great decision. What a fantastic group of women who are all there to help each other. In today's business climate, that is not what I am used to."

Negotiating with Confidence
Register Now
Virtually every day we are involved with some type of negotiation, whether it concerns a transaction with a customer, or a dispute with an employee, or a family conflict. Your ability to negotiate effectively could be the difference between achieving desired results or getting less than you should.
Women in particular have trouble with negotiations. They don’t ask for what they want, they get emotional, and they give in too easily. If you want to enhance your negotiation skills, come to the Negotiating With Confidence Lunch ‘n Learn on March 20, 2012. You will gain some valuable tips on how to prepare for a negotiation, how to exhibit confidence and how to deal with difficult situations.
