From Our Members

"Of all the things that I did lately, joining NAWBO has been a great decision.  What a fantastic group of women who are all there to help each other.  In today's business climate, that is not what I am used to."
Kelley Huff, President, Enchanted Acres Farm, Inc.

About the Foundation

The Foundation was established in 2009 to help the NAWBO Greater Philadelphia Chapter provide educational, leadership, and research opportunities for both emerging and established women entrepreneurs. Our mission is to increase women-owned businesses in the Greater Philadelphia region and create new jobs.

The Foundation will offer programming that encourages integrity, excellence, civic engagement and creative collaboration. One such program is the ATHENAPowerLink® NAWBO® Delaware Valley Program. This program offers women-owned businesses (2+ years in business) the opportunity to connect with—and receive advice and support from a panel of highly skilled, volunteer advisors, for the period of one year—at no cost. Business owners learn how to develop networks, access capital and implement best practices. Learn more about the ATHENAPowerLink®  Program.
